~ Important Things To Know ~
EMAIL IS VITAL - As a Feedback shopper you receive email notifications, reminders, and other notices. If the Prophet system within which we operate cannot deliver email to you, it will "unsubscribe" your account. Please ensure that your computer allows emails from feedbackplus.com and firstname.lastname@example.org (shopper notifications come from the latter).
SHOPPER PAY: Before contacting us about your shopper payment, please refer to the "SHOP COMPLETION, PROCESSING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION" included in your visit attachments.
Effective 11/20/12: All first time payments from Feedback Plus will be a check so verify that your mailing address in your shopper profile is accurate.
Question: When and how do you pay your shoppers?
Answer: As a general rule, payments are uploaded to PayPal on the 8th and 22nd of the month AFTER 5 PM Central time. When the 8th or 22nd falls on a weekend/holiday, payments will be uploaded after 5 PM CST on the first business day that follows. Checks are then mailed within 24 hours.
Question: I submitted my shop on the 3rd and wasn't paid on the 8th. When will I be paid?
Answer: It is more common to be paid in 2-3 weeks than after a few days due to our cutoff dates and the processing times. EVERY shop must go through quality control (proofing) before being approved for payment. If you are contacted with questions regarding your evaluation, it is imperative that you respond immediately. This, too, can delay the payment process.
Question: How do I contact you with questions about my payment(s).
Answer: Please email us at email@example.com -- be sure to include your name, location shopped (e.g., Solstice #123, etc.), date of the shop and your email address in your request.
Question: I completed 5 shops, but only received payment for 4 of them. What happened to the 5th payment?
Answer: Shops are proofed according to client specification, and in most cases, it is not in shopper order. More than likely your 5th shop was processed after our payment cutoff and will be included in the next payment batch.
AIRPORT SHOPS - We have restaurant shops at the airports forPhiladelphia and Dallas/Ft. Worth and a retail shop at Dulles and JFK. SHOPPER ALERT- COUNTERFEIT CHECK SCAM - Our company rarely, if ever, conducts mystery shops involving check cashing or money transfers. We never ask shoppers to send us money. If someone posing as a representative of our company ever contacts you with a check, don't cash it...it's almost certainly a scam!
- If you receive such a counterfeit check and "mystery shopping offer," you may want to contact your local (non-emergency) number for the police, just to make sure they know the scam is taking place...understand, though, they don't have the resources to go after the scammers.
